It's All About the Love!

4 years ago on March 11, 2006 I married my best friend, my true love, my earthly knight in shining armor! I can't believe the time has gone by so fast. I remember celebrating our 3 year anniversary last year, talking about our desire to start a family, and now one year later, we have our first, wonderful, amazing, and beautiful daughter to share our love with. We couldn't ask for anything more!

We always say we want to gross our children out with how much we love each other. We want to kiss in the kitchen while cooking dinner, hold hands on family walks, have a date night once a week, talk kindly about one another to our children, pray for one another daily. Truthfully, we just want them to see what a healthy, Godly marriage looks like so they can look for that in a spouse of their own one day. If we don't teach our children to set their standards high for a Godly, loving marriage, who will?

Our first anniversary with a new addition!
(In our PJ's after our date out)

We did get to celebrate with out her for a little bit and focus solely on each other, which was so wonderful! We went to dinner at Yamato (mmm, yummy!) and Cori spent some time with her Uncle Lance and Aunt Lauren.

I thank God everyday for my wonderful husband. Life would not be the same with out him. He understands my quirks, loves me despite my flaws, encourages me when I've had a rough day, laughs with me when we need some good, hard laughing, makes me feel like the most important woman in the world, believes in me when I don't believe in myself, and challenges me daily to be the best wife, mom, friend I can be. I love you honey, more than words can express! Happy Anniversary!
