I LOVE…
- The way you point at things and grunt. It’s your way of saying you want to go to the place or thing you are pointing to. It’s also your way of inquiring what new objects are. Things you consistently point and grunt at – the stuffed animals under your window, the bows that hang so nicely on your wall (you even say, “bo” when you point to them!!), Maverick, the trees outside, pictures hanging on the wall and on the fridge, people -- especially KIDS!!
- The tight grip you have on my arm when I hold you on my hip.
- Your amazing beauty!
- When you are tired enough to rest your head on my shoulder or on my lap (or dad’s shoulder and lap too!!). It doesn’t happen all to often since you are such a BUSY BODY, but I love it when it does!!
- Again and again, your curiosity and love for the outdoors!
- That your crawling has turned into bear crawling these past few days. I’m wondering if that means you are going to try walking sometime soon??
- Funny faces! :)
- That when I walk into the room, you crawl towards me with reckless abandon. It makes me feel so special and loved!
- The sweet clothes you have for cooler weather.
- That you love mac and cheese – just like your momma! Even though I have a slight aversion to Kraft and Publix macaroni at the moment. Serve me up some homemade or Stouffers! YUM!
- That you stand next to the computer chair when I’m on the computer and pat my leg for me to pick you up. You LOVE to see what I’m doing. If I happen to be blogging (which is most often!!) you really enjoy seeing all those pictures of yourself! :)
- Living life with you. I couldn’t imagine it any other way!

CB is so cute! I LOVE how you take the time to post what you love about her. I love reading it. She is one blessed little girl. :)
Me again...what do you use to edit your photos? Is that where you put the CB on each picture? What kind of camera do you have again? We are looking around for a new one so I am asking everyone.
So precious! Love that girl :)
Man, she is seriously cuter every time I see a picture of her! I love to hear that she is so interested in the outdoors!! :)
Hey Christen,
I use photoshop to edit my photos and all I really do is change the levels in the photo to make the colors bolder and brighter. We have a Canon SLR and LOVE it!! Ours is a few years old, but there are some great ones on the market! :)
Oh, and I use Windows Live Writer for blogging. It has an option to write on the photo, but you could also do that in photoshop. Hope this helps!! :)
